He comprobado los 2 fusibles, ambos bien.
    Muchas gracias

    Buenas tardes estimado Solpellet,

    Atentamente,
    Joaquín (S.A.T. Bronpi)

Hello Joaquin, today I changed out the motherboard on the Bronpi Neva, it still does not work. I am now beginning to think its the emergency display that has a fault. What do you think? I have power to the board, the microwswitch is ok, I've changed both fuses, they are ok. The remote just displays "Circa Campo" and obviously I cannot connect the remote to the stove because I have no power to the display. Is the 16 way cable a standard micronova cable? I have swapped out the cable with the same results. What else can I try?
    Many thanks for your assistance.

    Hello, Good Morning Mr Solpellet,

Answering your last commentary we would like to inform to you that if the motherboard has a green led lighted it means that the motherboard receive electricity and thus the problem could be the display wire (It’s an standard wire of Micronova), or the receptor, which at least must have one led lighted in order to know that the performance is the right.

If the receptor is not lighted, the problem through which the remote control doesn’t connect comes from a bad connection of the receptor or bad performance, so it means that will be necessary replace the receptor.

If you have some doubt we remain at your entire disposal.

Good morning Joaquin, many thanks for your continued support and advice.
Ok, I have fitted a new motherboard and now a new display panel (receptor)and still the machine does not work. I have no LED lights on the display.
You mention a green light on the motherboard? where is this located as I dont see one. I have also tried replacing the 16 pin flat cable with a standard micronova one, and the same results. I have tested the Neva cable on another test stove I have and that cable is correct and working.
The motherboard I had originally was a LO23 3C and the new one supplied by Bronpi is a LO23 7 aparently with the latest firware installed.

    Many thanks, regards, Neil

    Good Afternoon Mr Neil,

Answering your last e-mail we would like to inform to you that the led is placed on the corner of the motherboard near to the sheet CN7, which is the sheet of the smoke and ambient probe.

Bearing in mind your indications it seems as the electrical power doesn't arrive to the motherboard, it would be necessary check the switch placed on the right part of the base and the inlet of electrical power in order to detect if the power arrive to the motherboard.

If you have some doubts don't hesitate to contact with us.

    King Regards.

    Hello, Good Afternoon Mr Solpellet,

As regards your last question I would like to inform to you that if you really have an ignition error and the pellet doesn't fall to the burner the problem may be an obstruction of the pellets in the hopper or besides could be a break down of the geared motor, I advise to you contact with your technical Service with the aim of detect what of these two possible situations are the problem.

I remain at your entire disposal.
